Several years ago, we came to visit the south of France for the first time, discovered St. Rémy de Provence and its surroundings. We decided to stay and restore a cluster of 17th-century, traditional farm houses, creating a "hamlet" of self-catering, family holiday homes in a very interesting historical setting.
